Elegant Portraiture for the Everyday Woman
40 Over 40 is a curated artist project created for women who are ready to be honored — not posed, not marketed, not “fixed.”
You will be gently guided through a deeply intentional process that results in museum-quality portraits. Many women describe the experience as therapeutic and quietly transformational long before a single portrait is created.
The project will culminate in a gallery-style exhibit and celebration, at which you will be a special guest.

The Experience
The Planning session
This is where we delve into the truth of who you are. Through a guided conversation, we will talk through possibilities, and gently shape a vision for your session. Being seen in this way is a bit like therapy.
The Creation session
This is where our vision begins to take form.
The session itself is fully guided, shaped around the plan we’ve created together. You won’t be expected to perform or “know what to do.” I will direct you gently, pay attention closely, and create an environment where you can simply be.
The Selection session
After your photographic session, we will meet again to view the portraits together. This is where we celebrate you as you see yourself with fresh eyes, and you select the images that feel most true.
We will talk through what resonates and how you would like your portraits to live on in your home and life.
The Celebration
Once the project is complete, you will be our special guest at the end-of-project celebration. This is a gallery-style exhibit, bringing together all of our participants and those they want to celebrate with them. It’s an evening of art, wine and making new friends.

If the conversation feels aligned for both of us, we then secure your participation with payment of the $495 participation fee. This guarantees you everything in the “Experience” described above.
